Dine with make:good for LFA 2019
We’re excited to be hosting an event as part of this year’s London Festival of Architecture.
We’ll be inviting cross-industry peers to come together for an intimate ‘Food for Thought’ dinner on 26 June 2019 from 18:00-21:00, talking about the boundaries to creating more equitable public spaces in London.
Over the course of the evening we will explore the LFA 2019 theme of Boundaries from a range of perspectives; from barriers to entry in the architecture profession, overcoming obstacles to meaningful participation in regeneration projects and how to design truly inclusive spaces.
Speakers and conversation starters for the evening include Gurmeet Sian, Founder of award-winning architecture and design studio Office Sian, Steve Wong, Placemaking Manager for New West End, Nasra Abdullahi from team make:good and Rolanda Norman-Gay from one of our resident engagement projects in South London.
How can I apply for a spot?
Due to the limited capacity of the event, attendance will mainly be on an invite-only basis. However, there are a small number of open spaces available – to apply for one of these spots, please fill in this form and we’ll get back to you.
We will extend the reach of the dinner beyond attendees via the use of audio, photography and written word to capture the conversations, which will be shared during and after the event.
